Effective date: May 29, 2026 · Last updated: May 29, 2026
This Privacy Notice explains how Exponential Advisors LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects the information you provide when you visit our website or sign up to receive a resource or our educational emails.
This notice covers information collected through our website, including lead-magnet downloads and email sign-up forms. If you become an advisory client, the collection and use of your nonpublic personal information is also governed by the privacy policy we deliver with our Form ADV in accordance with Regulation S-P; that client privacy policy controls in the event of any conflict for client relationships.
Information you provide. When you complete a form on our site, we collect the information you submit — typically your first name and email address, the fact and timestamp of your consent to receive emails, and any information you include if you contact us or schedule a call.
Information from third parties. We may receive limited information about you from third parties, such as a person who refers you to us, a marketing or lead-generation service we engage, or a public professional network where you have indicated interest in our services. We use information received from third parties consistent with this notice.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our site, we and our service providers may collect limited technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and the source that referred you (including marketing campaign parameters such as UTM tags). This may be collected through cookies and similar technologies; see the cookies section below for specifics.
We send marketing and educational emails only to people who have opted in. The consent checkbox on our forms is unchecked by default, and we keep a timestamped record of your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by contacting us at the address below. We process unsubscribe requests promptly, generally within ten business days, as required by the federal CAN-SPAM Act. Unsubscribing stops marketing and educational emails; we may still send communications necessary to respond to a request you initiated.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as described here:
As a registered investment adviser, we are committed to protecting the privacy of nonpublic personal information. We restrict access to such information to personnel who need it to provide services to you, and we maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards designed to protect it. For advisory clients, our full privacy policy is provided at the start of the relationship and annually as required, and is available on request.
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect, consistent with the SEC Safeguards Rule (Regulation S-P, as amended May 2024), the Texas Identity Theft Enforcement and Protection Act, and other applicable law. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive financial or personal documents to us by unsecured email; we will provide a secure channel when one is needed.
In the event of unauthorized access to or use of sensitive customer information that creates a reasonably likely risk of substantial harm or inconvenience to an affected individual, we will provide notice consistent with our written incident response procedures and the requirements of Regulation S-P (as amended May 2024), the Texas Identity Theft Enforcement and Protection Act, and any other applicable federal or state law.
We retain marketing and prospect information — such as the name, email, and consent record submitted through our website forms — for as long as you are subscribed to receive communications from us, plus a reasonable period thereafter (generally up to three years following your last engagement with our communications) to address inquiries and recordkeeping needs, after which we delete or de-identify it.
Records that constitute books and records of an investment adviser — including advertising-related records and client communications — are retained for the periods required by SEC Rule 204-2 (generally five years from creation, with the first two years readily accessible), regardless of the foregoing.
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you emails. To make a request, contact us using the information below. We will respond consistent with applicable law. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws.
Exponential Advisors is a Texas-based investment adviser. Your rights under Texas state law — including the Texas Identity Theft Enforcement and Protection Act (Tex. Bus. & Com. Code §521) and, where applicable, the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act — apply alongside the rights described above. Texas residents may also contact the Office of the Texas Attorney General regarding privacy concerns.
